Baby Wraps

The best baby wraps that I have ever come across, are these lovely cotton voile swaddling wraps. They have so much fabric that you can wrap up baby snug and secure. But light enough so that baby doesn't overheat.

They do also make a great baby shower gift, its something you KNOW that the mother will enjoy using.

The baby wraps can even be used right up until about 9 or 10 months old!!

Swaddle Wraps

Swaddling wraps are a great way to wrap up your baby so they are snug and secure. You can pretty much tie down their arms so that they cant wriggle out and wake themselves up.

We have the Lalito Wraps here at our webstore. They are a lightweight cotton voile swaddling wrap- so great for hot summer nights. And then in winter just add another warmer wool blanket over the top. These have PLENTY of fabric so they really do wrap right around baby a couple of times.

Suitable for newborn to 10 months or so. And here I have just done a couple of tutorials to show you how to swaddle your baby!

Moving Baby from Bassinette to Cot

My little baby Lochie is growing up quickly. He had already out-grown his basinette. His head was touching the end, his toes were coming out the other end, he was just about saying to me "mum i'm ready to move on..." haha.

he is nearly 5 months old... I was delaying moving him because I wanted to keep him little!!

So have put him into the big cot tonight, it looks so huge.

I am sure that with my first son, he only stayed in the basinette for about 1 month, as I was excited about setting up the cot in his bedroom!

Am still swaddling him tight, as I think that a good baby swaddle the key for a baby getting a good nights sleep.
