This pillow is the best money I have spent during pregnancy! I took all the pressure off my hip/sacrum, not only resulting in better sleep, but also resulting in general daytime movement being more comfortable. In addition, it really does take pressure off your bladder. REALLY. So much easier than padding the bed out with bulky pillows that are not height adjustable. If you are having difficulty with hip pain or sciatica, you will NOT regret purchasing this pillow :-)
